How the cycle works
- Begin. Day 1 is a Begin day. Read the opening of the book, choose a quiet time of day, and set one intention for the four weeks.
- Twenty-six meditations. From day 2 to day 27, each day has one image from the Meditations book: its meaning, how to practice it, and a short focus to carry with you. Most take between one and seven minutes.
- Review. Day 28 is for looking back: which images stayed with you, what changed, and what you will carry into the next cycle.
Why practice together?
Everyone on the shared calendar is on the same page on the same day. You practice in your own time and place, yet you are never practicing alone, and a fixed rhythm makes it easier to come back after a missed day. The four weeks also follow the book’s path through four stages of inner work, one in each week.
Starting
Add the next start to your calendar, then on the day open Today or the Daily Study Chamber. The Chamber shows the day’s meditation beside your readings, tarot and the sky. Joining is free and keeps your practice in step across your devices.
The cycle: questions
What is the 28-day meditation cycle?
It is a shared four-week calendar for the Meditations book. Day 1 is a Begin day, days 2 to 27 each bring one of the book’s twenty-six meditations, and day 28 is a Review day. Then a new cycle starts on the next Monday.
When does the next cycle begin?
The start dates are listed on this page, worked out from the calendar itself. Every cycle starts on a Monday, twenty-eight days after the last.
I missed the start. Can I still join?
Yes. You can join on any day and simply follow the day you are on. If you would rather start at the beginning, the first three days of each cycle are a good time to step in, or you can wait for the next start.
How long does each meditation take?
Between one and seven minutes. Each page of the book has an image, its meaning, how to practice it, and a short focus phrase to carry through the day.
Does it cost anything?
No. The book, the calendar and membership are all free.
