The full Meditations book as a printable PDF: the twenty-six images with their meaning, practice and focus, the four-week calendar, and a 26-card image deck to cut out.
The 22 Major Arcana of the Hermetic Rose Tarot with upright and reversed meanings, the three practice spreads, a 28-day tarot journal, and a printable mini deck with card backs.
A gentle paper workbook: mood and energy for 28 days, the evening review with all its questions, a dream log, a values sort, a life wheel and a practice planner.
How to work out the planetary hours by hand, the full table of hours, a worked example, and a moon calendar for the next six months with a practice for each phase.
The Rising Tones meditation as audio, to play anywhere without the screen: seven soft tones rising from the root to the crown (396 to 963 Hz), with gentle fades. Three paces.
Yes. The 28-day calendar is open to everyone. The other kits need a free member account, which also keeps your settings and practice in step across your devices.
Yes. The kits are laid out for US Letter paper with wide margins, so they print on A4 too (choose “Fit to page” if your printer asks). Card pages have dashed cutting lines; print the tarot card backs on the reverse side, flipping on the long edge.
So you can step from paper to the live page: today’s meditation, the moon, the planetary hour for your own place, and your card of the day. Scanning it opens olytis.com; nothing about you is sent.
A new 28-day cycle starts every fourth Monday. The calendar here always covers the next three cycles, and the last page lists the start dates after that.
